Size exchange policy
Size exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order, for pieces that have not been tried on, provided that:
- The product has not been used or worn.
- The product is in its original condition, with no damage or alterations.
- The product is inside its own bag.
- The product's original packaging is kept complete.
- The product shows no signs of use, odours, stains or damage.
- The exchange is requested within the 48 hours after receiving the order.
If any of these conditions is not met, or the exchange period has passed, the size exchange request cannot be accepted.
Wash & care
- Machine wash cold or at 30°C on a gentle cycle, with similar colours.
- Turn the shirt inside out before washing to keep the fabric soft and the neckline in shape.
- Use a mild detergent. Never use bleach.
- Skip fabric softener. It coats cotton and makes it less breathable.
- Hang to dry in the shade, or tumble dry on low. Strong sun fades dark colours.
- No ironing needed. If you must, use low heat and iron it inside out.
- Wash dark colours separately for the first two washes.
