سياسة معاينة واستبدال المنتجات

حرصًا منا على رضاكم وضمان استلام المنتج بالحالة والمقاس المناسبين، نرجو من العميل معاينة المنتج والتأكد من المقاس والحالة أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل، وقبل إتمام عملية الاستلام.

نظرًا لأن المنتجات تُصنَّف ضمن منتجات العناية الشخصية، فإنه لا يُسمح بإرجاع المنتج بعد استلامه. لذلك، يُرجى التأكد من سلامة المنتج ومطابقته للمقاس المطلوب أثناء وجود المندوب.

شروط استبدال المقاس

يسمح باستبدال المقاس خلال مدة أقصاها 48 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وذلك للقطع غير المُقاسة فقط، مع الالتزام بالشروط التالية:

• أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو مُرتدى.
• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية دون أي تلف أو تغيير.
• أن يكون المنتج داخل الكيس الخاص به.
• أن يكون المنتج محتفظًا بالتغليف الأصلي كاملًا.
• ألا توجد على المنتج أي آثار استخدام أو روائح أو بقع أو تلف.
• أن يتم طلب الاستبدال خلال المدة المحددة، وهي 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

في حال عدم توافر أي من الشروط السابقة، أو تجاوز المدة المحددة للاستبدال، لا
يمكن قبول طلب استبدال المقاس.

Inspection & exchange policy

To make sure you receive your order in the right size and condition, please inspect it and check the size and condition while the courier is still with you, before completing delivery.

Because our products are personal care items, returns are not accepted once the order has been received. Please make sure the product is in perfect condition and matches the size you ordered while the courier is present.

Size exchange conditions

Size exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order, for pieces that have not been tried on, provided that:

• The product has not been used or worn.
• The product is in its original condition, with no damage or alterations.
• The product is inside its own bag.
• The product's original packaging is kept complete.
• The product shows no signs of use, odours, stains or damage.
• The exchange is requested within the 48 hours after receiving the order.

If any of these conditions is not met, or the exchange period has passed, the size exchange request cannot be accepted.
